Starting with our organic Rye starter 'Steve' John adds in organic flours, sea salt, water and time creating a sourdough bread that is flavorful with the perfect chew. Varieties vary but include - Plain, Seeded, Cinnamon Raisin. Date and Walnut, Olive and Sundried Tomato. Vegan.

Fresh ground organic whole wheat flour in our Irish Soda Bread or our flavorful Rosemary Cheddar Soda Bread are both made with creamy buttermilk to create a delicous treat. Not all varieties are available every week.
